Who am I and why am I here?

Meet Dr. Anne Collins Duch
I am a pelvic health therapist with 27 years of experience who combines my penchant for a hands-on treatment approach with my love of all things movement-related. I have worked with a wide array of patient populations through the years - pre and postnatal, perimenopausal, and post-surgical, as well as folks who have experienced significant trauma; each person I have worked with has taught me so much about the importance nervous system regulation to their rehab process.
As I lifelong mover, former collegiate athlete, marathoner, triathlete, weightlifter, and old lady basketball teammate, I haven't yet found a type of movement I didn't like.
That said, discovering yoga - and then becoming a yoga teacher - has had the most profound effect on how I view movement and it's effect on overall well-being. My personal practice and the many hours spect as an instructor led me to the wonders of the vagus nerve . . . and to the development of my signature course, What Happens in Vagus Doesn't Have to Stay in Vagus: Nervous System Regulation Course.
A segment of that course discusses the nervous system's contribution to bladder urgency and after its release, I received tons feedback that folks really wanted to dive in deeper on the topic of bladder urgency . . . so that became my second course offering.
This Bone Health for Beginners offering is a bit more personal - it comes after receiving an osteopenia diagnosis myself two years ago. That diagnosis sent me down a rabbit hole and I have been compiling information and developing strategies for reversing osteopenia since then.
When I am not treating patients or catching up on the latest women's health research findings, I am busy hanging out with my three young adult children (who are my favorite people in the whole world), a hubs, and two golden doodle pups, who are the bestest girls.
What It’s Like to Work With Me
This is my first offering of MY Bladder Urgency Masterclass, so while I don't have any testimonials (yet) specific to this course, here's what folks have said about working with me in other capacities.
